Opinions of others aren’t who you are – they are only about how others feel about you in the millisecond they were said to you. Opinions of others only matter if you let them matter. They can help you in situations of constructive criticism or serious matters, but if they were said to hurt you they will only hurt you if you let them. Reacting in the same frequency will make the situation worse rather than diffusing it by being positive.
Other people’s opinions have no say in who you are to become or who you are in general because remember, they don’t even know who you are unless your brain is connected to a USB port that allows them to travel through your thoughts, experiences and mindset. Stop harvesting other people’s bad seeds, because they will only help you grow worse, not better.
